Ingredients:
Tacos:
1lb ground chicken
4 tortillas, medium
1 egg
⅓ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ cup shredded cheese (I use mozzarella, but any will work)
Sauce:
1 can crushed tomatoes, 8oz
1 tsp oregano
1 ½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Directions:
Tacos:
Combined ground chicken, egg, bread crumbs, and seasoning in a large bowl
Spread meat mixture flat onto 4 medium tortillas
Heat a large skillet on the stove top
Pan fry tacos on medium heat, about 5 minutes
Flip so tortilla is down, add cheese onto meat
Fold over tortilla and remove from pan
Sauce:
Heat large skillet on stove top
Pour sauce and spices into skillet
Bring sauce to a simmer about 5 minutes
Dip tacos, and enjoy!
