Ingredients: 

Tacos:

  • 1lb ground chicken

  • 4 tortillas, medium

  •  1 egg

  • ⅓ cup seasoned breadcrumbs 

  • 1 tsp salt 

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ cup shredded cheese (I use mozzarella, but any will work)

Sauce:

  • 1 can crushed tomatoes, 8oz

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1 ½ tsp salt 

  • ½ tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning 


Directions:

Tacos:

  1. Combined ground chicken, egg, bread crumbs, and seasoning in a large bowl 

  2. Spread meat mixture flat onto 4 medium tortillas

  3. Heat a large skillet on the stove top

  4. Pan fry tacos on medium heat, about 5 minutes

  5. Flip so tortilla is down, add cheese onto meat

  6. Fold over tortilla and remove from pan

Sauce:

  1. Heat large skillet on stove top

  2. Pour sauce and spices into skillet 

  3. Bring sauce to a simmer about 5 minutes

  4. Dip tacos, and enjoy!
