Ingredients:
1lb ground turkey
50g breadcrumbs
¼ cup green onion, minced
3 tsp ginger paste
1 egg
¼ tsp pepper
Glaze:
4 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp ginger paste
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp cornstarch
Directions:
In a large bowl combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, green onion, ginger, egg, and pepper
Preheat oven to 350, and prepare a sheet pan with parchment
Roll meat mixture into 1-2 oz balls, and place onto prepared pan
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until fully cooked
In a small bowl whisk together all glaze ingredients
Heat a small sauce pan at medium heat
Cook glaze for 2-3 minutes or until it begins to thicken
Coat meatballs in glaze and serve
