Start your morning off right with the ultimate high-protein breakfast sandwich. Quick, easy, and flavorful. Fuel your day with eggs, bacon, and avocado. This high-protein hearty breakfast delivers a balanced grab and go breakfast. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 english muffin, toasted

  • 1 egg, fried

  • ¼ cup egg whites

  • 3 slices canadian bacon

  • 1 hashbrown

  • Shredded cheese, topping

  • ¼ cup mixed greens 

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • Pinch of salt

  • Pinch of pepper


Directions:

  1. In a small bowl mash together avocado, lemon juice, salt, and pepper and set aside

  2. Heat a skillet on medium heat 

  3. Grill canadian bacon and hashbrown until cooked

  4. Toast your english muffin to your preference

  5. Start assembly, add a tbsp of avocado mixture to one side of the english muffin

  6. Add greens, canadian bacon, and hashbrown on top

  7. In the same skillet cook egg, and egg whites to your liking 

  8. Once cook add egg onto sandwich and cheese

  9. Enjoy!
