This flavorful burger bowl delivers all the classic burger flavors without the bun. Made with juicy seasoned ground beef, crisp greens, sauteed peppers, and onions, roasted potatoes, and any of your other favorite toppings. The ultimate low-carb, high-protein meal

Ingredients:

  • 1 onion, sliced thin

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced thin

  • 2lbs ground beef

  • 1.5 pounds fingerling potatoes, cubed

  • Greens, to preference

Potato Seasoning:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil 

  • 1 ½ tsp salt 

  • ¾ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ¼ tsp pepper

  • ½ tsp dill

Ground Beef Seasoning:

  • 1 ¼ tsp cumin

  • 2 tsp chili powder

  • ½ tsp pepper 

  • ¾ tsp garlic powder

  • 1 ½ tsp salt 

Suggested Toppings:

  • Pickles

  • Pickled onions

  • Shredded cheese

  • Banana peppers

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425

  2. Prepare a sheet pan with parchment 

  3. In a medium bowl combined cubed potatoes and potato seasoning listed above

  4. Once combine add to sheet pan and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked, setting aside 

  5. In a large skillet on medium heat add your ground beef, and ground beef seasonings listed above

  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until done and set aside (don't wash the pan yet)

  7. In the same pan add your pepper, and onion 

  8. Sautee for 8-10 minutes or until onions are translucent 

  9. All of your elements are not cooked

  10. Build your bowl and enjoy!
