Ingredients:
2lbs chicken breast, sliced thin
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1 1/4 tsp paprika
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
Zest of half a lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
Direction:
In a large bowl combine all ingredients, allowing seasoning to fully cover chicken
Heat a large skillet on medium heat
Oil pan once hot
Place chicken in pan allowing it to sear on each side about 2-5 minutes depending on how thick
Cook about 10-12 minutes or until done
