Ingredients:
Fried Pickles:
1 jar pickles, chips
½ cup flour
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ cup buttermilk
1 egg
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
¼ cup cornmeal
1 cup vegetable oil
Dip:
2 tbsp mayo
3 tbsp sour cream
2 tsp dill
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
Zest of 1 lemon
Directions:
Fried Pickles:
Drain your jar of pickles
Pat your pickles dry with paper towels, and set aside
In a small bowl combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, and salt
In another small bowl combine buttermilk and egg
In last small bowl combine panko, and cornmeal
Talk your pickles and begin breading. Dip into flour mixture, then egg mixture, and repeat this once more
Once you have floured, and egg your pickles twice place into breadcrumbs and place into a plate
Repeat this process with all pickles
Prep a large plate with paper towels on it
In a large pan heat vegetable oil over medium heat
Once hot begin placing pickles into the oil with tongs
Flip pickles after about 30 seconds - 1 minute
Each side should be golden brown
Remove pickles from pan and put onto the plate you prepared earlier with paper towels to absorb any extra oil
Once all the pickles are fried set aside and remove the oil from heat

In a small bowl combine all the ingredients
Dip and enjoy!
