Ingredients:
2lbs ground beef
1 yellow onion, diced
30g minced garlic
1 tsp garlic powder
45g tomato paste
3 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp sage
2 cups bone broth
8oz ditalini pasta
¾ cup heavy cream
Directions:
In a large pot on medium heat saute one yellow onion diced until translucent
Add in ground beef, garlic, garlic power, salt, pepper, and sage
Allow beef to brown, about 10 minutes
Add in tomato paste cooking down for 1-2 minutes
Add in bone broth and pasta
Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the pasta is cooked
Add in cream cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes
