The best no bake sweet treat. These quick and easy no-bake Oreo Truffles deliver with every bite. From the perfect holiday treat, to game day treat these one-bite truffles are always the way to go. With their rich and creamy cream cheese center, to their chocolate covered exterior.

Ingredients:

  • 8oz cream cheese 

  • 1 pk. Oreos

  • 8 oz dark chocolate

  • ⅔ cup semi sweet chocolate

  • 1 tbsp shortening


Directions:

  1. Place oreos in a food processor and blend until there are no chunks 

  2. In a stand mixer add crushed oreos and cream cheese with paddle attachment until combined

  3. Roll dough into 2oz sized balls

  4. Place in freezer about 10 mins or until solid

  5. While truffles are in freezer set up a double boiler (1 pot with an inch of water over medium heat, and a smaller pan inside the larger pan)

  6. Place the chocolate, and shortening in the small pan of the double broiler and let melt stirring every few minutes

  7. Once melted take off heat and set aside

  8. Take truffles out of freezer

  9. Dip truffles into the melted chocolate and place onto cooling rack

  10. Once dipped place back in freezer about 5 mins or until chocolate is cooled

  11. Enjoy!
