Ingredients:
Meat mixture:
1lb ground pork
20g ginger paste
20g minced garlic
15g soy sauce
12g honey
1tbsp flour
8 corn tortillas
Sauce:
45ml soy sauce
20g honey
7g sesame oil
20g hoisin sauce
18g ginger paste
5g siracha
Toppings I used:
Purple cabbage
Pickled cucumbers
Sesame seeds
Siracha
Green onion
Directions:
In a large bowl combine all the meat mixture ingredients except for the corn tortillas
Once combine evenly divide mixture onto the corn tortillas, spreading the mixture until evenly distributed onto the corn tortilla
In a small sauce pan over medium heat combine all the sauce ingredients and bring to a boil removing from heat
In a large skillet heat over medium heat spraying with olive oil
Once hot add tortillas meat side up allowing to cook for about 5 minutes or until the pork begins to brown on the edges of the tortilla
Once browning, brush the sauce on top of the meat, and flip the tortilla allowing the meat to cook for another 2-3 minutes or until done.
Repeat this step with all 8 corn tortillas
Top each taco with desired topping and enjoy!
