This turkey rice bowl is a quick, high-protein meal that’s perfect for busy days, meal prep, or a healthy weeknight dinner. Made with lean ground turkey, fluffy rice, and fresh vegetables, this easy rice bowl is packed with flavor and balanced nutrition.

Ingredients:

  • 1lb ground beef

  • 1 pack taco seasoning

  • 1 pepper, diced

  • 2 cups spinach

  • 1 can(15oz) black beans, drained

  • 1 ½ cups jasmine rice, cooked

  • Sour cream, topping

  • Shredded cheese, topping

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet on medium heat saute diced pepper for 2-3 minutes

  2. Add in ground turkey

  3. Brown meat for 5-8 minutes 

  4. Add in taco seasoning 

  5. Allow meat to cook for another 3-5 minutes or until fully cooked

  6. Reduce heat to low, adding in spinach and cooking until wilted 

  7. Assemble a bowl with rice, taco meat, beans, and any other toppings of choice!
