Morning routines have this stigma around them. People think they are meant for those girls who are just effortlessly perfect. That it’s not something that can fit into their lifestyle but I’ve got some news for you. No one is effortlessly perfect. Maybe from the outside it looks like that but that’s never the reality. Your lifestyle isn’t what's stopping you from a morning routine but rather you are. Now I haven't always had a morning routine myself. I wasn’t the girl waking up at 6am and going to pilates having my greens in the morning looking effortless. I was the girl who woke up at ten and rolled out of bed with puffy eyes and dried drool on my cheek. It wasn’t until early in my senior year of college that I learned how to develop a morning routine, and understand how much it helped to start off my day.
