Ingredients:
1 yellow onion, diced
15oz pasta, uncooked
4 cups chicken broth
Juice of 1-2 lemons
Zest of 1-2 lemons
¾ cup heavy cream
Salt to taste (depends on saltiness of chicken broth)
2tsp oregano
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp pepper
Directions:
In a large pot on medium heat saute yellow onion for 2-5 minutes or until onion is translucent
Add in remaining ingredients except for cream, covering with a lid
Allow to simmer for 8-10 minutes or until pasta is cooked
Stir in cream
Serve with chicken and enjoy.
